Hi our first stay had a lower level room which was fine but second day we had upper top floor which was causing my wife some headaches due to altitude .Break fast was great! We will miss Kiki |

My stay at the hotel was perfect! My only problem was with a private tour I hired there, but I also understand they are independent of the hotel. They didn't provide me the service I had paid for, I contacted them the same day, but they took more than 10 days to present me a solution that wasn't acceptable to me, considering the extra payments I had to make and the time dedicated to it. |

El Hotel es muy acogedor, limpio y con muy buen personal. La atención es increíble; sin embargo las puertas en la parte superior tienen un vidrio que deja pasar la luz del exterior y no permite que el cuarto sea totalmente oscuro; además hay una luz en el pasillo que se enciende automáticamente y esto no me permitió dormir con comodidad, ya que hacía que me despertara al menos 3 veces por las noches. |
