Hotel: Our group of 14 people stayed at the Intiterra Apart Hotel for 4 nights 5 days. There are so many wonderful things to say about this hotel, but the staff made the stay even better. The Hotel is beautiful. The entry way stunning, sunny, beautifully decorated. The Courtyard was blooming with flowers with a fire pit large enough for our group. Rooms were spacious, clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast/dinner room was spacious and provided a beautiful breakfast scene with glass windows. The food was plentiful and tasty. Breakfast choices were eggs, bread, ham and cheese. Dinner was prepared for most of the day with large portions. We were able to have a different meal each evening. Staff: There are so many wonderful things to say about the staff. We were greeted by Pilar who was friendly and smiled each interaction. The cleaning ladies were busy, greeted and smiled while passing. The food serving staff was attentive to our group's many requests. The moment we sat down they began feeding our group as we had preordered to help for their preparations with such as large group and limit our group to fewer choices. They provided us plenty of water bottles. We were well cared for by Franz in the evening. He speaks Spanish and English which was helpful. Franz set up taxis for us, laundry service, and helped to move in another bed in one of the ground floor rooms after a member of our group hurt her foot in Cusco. He help was quick! Thank you Franz for your help and kindness. Now for Paula. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paula! Paula worked hard to provide for our large group. She communicated with me through what's app. Paula set up everything for our group, reception upon arrival, all tours, dinners, and answered our many many questions with a smile! Prior to our arrival Paula received all reception information to assist with the checking in process which made it so much easier. Paula also provided us with a menu for us given we would likely be starving upon arrival and she was right! Transportation was set up with a large van, easily found at the airport. Paula set up an extremely thrilling ATV tour or Moray and Maras, came and took many pictures. She set up Machu Picchu from departure to return, every detail planned. She set up Yoga and a trail ride for a few of our group last minute with ease. Paula was gracious, accommodating, kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond! Thank you all for a wonderful week and we cannot thank you enough for caring for our group. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future.

La verdad que fue todo muy increíble: personal súper amable, nos ayudaron siempre en todo, siempre atentos y simpáticos. El cuarto impecable, amplio, cómodo, etc los precios del restaurante estaban súper bien a comparación de otros de la zona y venían bien “taypas” lo cual podría ser una ventaja competitiva si finalmente deciden abrir el restaurante al público. Podría recomendar poner unas banquitas para poder sentarse en la tarde a leer o mirar el paisaje, un lugar destinado a mirar las estrellas en la noche entre varias ideas más.
