"Our stay at El Balcón was absolutely incredible. It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely staff, super clean, nice location and amazing views. Couldn’t recommend enough! They looked after our suitcases whilst we were away trekking and even bought me bread and honey after being unwell, thank you for the stay."

Todo estuvo excelente! Nos encanto la estadía en este lugar. Muy acogedor, amable staff y excelente desayuno!! Mi único comentario de mejoramiento es con respecto al baño. La poceta parece estar desprendida en la habitación 05 y también olía a orine a ciertas horas, pensamos que el olor venía del drenaje. |

Fabulous location a short walk to the main plaza and not far from Sacsayhuaman. Adjusting to the Cusco altitude can be challenging so staying in a place so conveniently located near all the major attractions is a definite plus. And because El Balcon is in a historic building, the rooms have a lot of character and charm. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. |

Really lovely little place to stay. We had a group of 15 + people and stayed in various rooms including balcony, triple and twin share. Beds/pillows were very comfy and rooms nice and warm! We tried food from the restaurant over breakfast, lunch and dinner and were very impressed with the selection of food and how delicious it was, as well as being very reasonably priced. Lovely outdoor garden area for us to sit, relax and chat in the sun. Thanks El Balcon for a very lovely stay! |
